An image of Sony Ericsson’s upcoming handset was unintentionally released online with the name ‘Duo’. With the recent string of dual-core phones entering the market, the name Duo would be well-suited for exactly that characteristic. The ‘Duo’ will be the first dual-core handset from Sony Ericsson and will definitely not be the last.
From the single leaked image, the phone does give insight into what we can expect when the phone is released. On the front, the iconic Xperia Android chrome bar/button is found with what looks to be a front facing camera and proximity sensor on the top. The device will also feature an almost edge-to-edge screen with an approximate display size of 4.2-4.3-inches. In addition to squeezing the largest display possible on the body, it would be safe to assume the phone will feature a minimum 8MP camera with 1080P video recording capabilities.
Unfortunately, no additional information is available regarding the handset at this moment.
